Tucked within Dallas’ only five-star luxury hotel is The Mansion Restaurant. Its warm ambiance is created by a fusion of contemporary furnishings and elegant architecture complimented by honey-colored walls. For dinner in the main dining room, one can choose from a wide range of dishes, including such items as Maine Lobster Casserole or Guinea Fowl with bitter Spanish chocolate, cilantro pesto, and braised chicken tortellini. Aside from the main dining room, this restaurant offers a variety of different dining experiences: get the star treatment in the Chef’s Room, relax and snack on the Pool Terrace, or settle down for drinks and comfort food in the bar.
