III Forks - Restaurant Review
III Forks aims to recreate the grandiose eating experiences of old. Its 25,000 square feet of dining space, divided into fifteen distinct rooms named after famous Texan heroes, provides the stage for a Texas-French-inspired menu that offers USDA Prime beef steaks, a “Fish Market” selection, and sides including off-the-cob creamed corn, vegetables, and potatoes. The III Forks experience also relies heavily on an appreciation for great wine. Dennis Haley, the Cellar Master, is responsible for the 8,000+ bottles housed in one of the largest wine cellars in Texas. Indeed, III Forks offers a true eating experience.

Woodfire by Kirby's
Address: 3525 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75206 (Map)
The people that presented you with Kirby’s Prime now present Woodfire by Kirby’s, a unique dining establishment specializing in wood fire pizzas and fine American cuisine. If that weren’t enough to entice you, Kirby’s bakes their pizzas extra thin with a crispy crunch to them, as well as adding unique modern and southwestern influences to their already exciting menu. The same level of excellence is brought to the restaurant’s Sunday Brunch, offering hearty buffet and a la carte options. Refreshing cocktails aren’t the only thing served in the upscale bar area of Kirby’s; different live music acts play every Friday and Saturday from 8-11pm.

Three generations of patrons have savored the unmatched dining experience of The Palm. From Long Island to Los Angeles, this iconic chain of family-owned and operated steak and seafood restaurants maintains a proud reputation for offering the highest quality cuts of meat and most impressive lobsters around. But don’t take our word for it; all the smiling caricatures plastering the walls of the restaurant are proof that many a diner has left The Palm satisfied and full. Dishes like the 26oz Prime Rib of Beef and the Jumbo Nova Scotia Lobster keep those smiles coming back for more.

Lonesome Dove Western Bistro
Address: 2406 N. Main St., Fort Worth, TX 76164 (Map)
Chef Tim Love’s Lonsome Dove Bistro serves contemporary American and wild game fare with fresh and local ingredients. Reflective of its name, the restaurant is made to look like an old western saloon with rustic décor fit for a cowboy, but sophisticated cuisine offerings are designed for the modern diner. New Zealand Red Deer Tenderloin, Red Snapper en Papillote, Seared Duck Breast, or any of the Prime Hand Cut Steaks are some of the fine entrée options available to order. The menu changes daily, so each visit is destined to be different from the last.
