Taking over the location previously inhabited by Park Cities Prime, Chef and Co-Owner John Schwartzenberger presents traditional comfort food with a southwestern twist. Diners enjoy their food in a comfortable environment, while the restaurant still maintains a sophisticated feel with its stucco and polished wood décor that’s reminiscent of an old ranch. Furthering that ambiance is Preston’s Live Piano Music that accompanies each meal from Monday through Saturday from 7pm to 10pm. Preston’s also boasts a large wine list so that diners may find an ideal beverage to complement their meal.
