Charlie Palmer at the Joule

With renowned chef Charlie Palmer’s latest installment—and his first in Texas—he brings American-French fusion cuisine to Dallas. The “breezy” themed restaurant is decorated in honor of Texas being the nation’s top producer of wind energy. The ambiance of earthy color tones and spinning turbines in the lights might just blow you away. The food might too, if you’re interested in dishes like Plancha Seared Mahi Mahi, or Surf and Swine, featuring caramelized scallops and crisp pork belly. Take home some of the fun at the connected wine shop, Next Vintage, which has selections of wine hand-picked by Palmer and his Sommelier Drew Hendricks.
