Nana

Top 10 Best Restaurants

Located on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole, Nana is surrounded by panoramic views of Dallas. But the views are far from the only draw. Guests flock to the elegant, Asian-inspired dining room to sample the creations of Chef Anthony Bombaci, whose tantalizing menu is captivating and unique. Bombaci’s dishes look like sculptures on a plate, each a study in vibrant color, complementing texture, and playful forms. A Filet of Prime Beef is accented by the vibrant greens and oranges of slivered roasted carrots, delicate microgreens, and a lush sweet potato puree. A playful “Liquid Baked Potato Soup” features sour cream foam, potato chip “salt” and chive oil. The food alone is worth a visit, but the excellent service, outstanding wine list, and live jazz music make an evening at Nana absolutely exquisite.

Pyramid Restaurant and Bar

Executive Chef J.W. Foster has taken Tex-Mex cuisine to the next level with Pyramid Restaurant and Bar. With a AAA Four Diamond Award under its belt, Pyramid strives to give each patron a truly memorable eating experience. Using herbs and vegetables grown in the restaurant’s 2,000 square foot rooftop terrace gardens, Foster creates dishes that are reminiscent of their southern origin, but strikingly imaginative in their execution. Welcome the day with the Oatmeal Brulee, a bowl of cinnamon oatmeal with banana and soft brown sugar, or take a break from the lunch-hour grind with the Canadian Lobster Mac and Cheese made with local aged white cheddar and a lemon-thyme cornbread crust. The Wagu Striploin, served with sweet potato and onion gratin and a cabernet-rosemary pan jus might just be the trick to easing into the evening.
