Local farms and ranches source much of the ingredients found on the menu, and a wood-burning stove not only warms the space, but cooks the restaurant’s famous pizzas. Speaking of pizza, the White Pizza of Little Neck Clams has garnered quite the reputation for being satisfyingly rogue.
