Title: Food Magic! - Review: I just arrived in town and was looking for a great place close to the hotel! Charlie Palmer's was, well I am speachless! The food was great! I had a lobster corn dog just to say I have done it as well as a Texas Quail to die for! Both were perfect! Bryant my bar tendor paired drinks perfectly with my meal and Chief Scotty (even with a bum leg)and his staff turned out my greatest meal of the year! I will be back to this beautiful restaurant every time I am in Dallas! Charlie has a great place in Vegas and opened another in Dallas! 10 stars..........
