Part of the upscale Stoneleigh Hotel in uptown Dallas, Bolla compliments the grandeur of the hotel with its posh art deco design. The simple yet elegant prix-fixe menu offers a wide range of Italian inspired American cuisine, like the Rack of Lamb served with a celery root puree, cipollini onions, and covered in an espresso rub. Not only is the food, prepared by local chef David Bull, excellent but the atmosphere of both the restaurant and full bar is terrific for after work, meeting friends, or a romantic evening for two.
