Part of the upscale Stoneleigh Hotel in uptown Dallas, Bolla compliments the grandeur of the hotel with its posh art deco design. The simple yet elegant prix-fixe menu offers a wide range of Italian inspired American cuisine, like the Rack of Lamb served with a celery root puree, cipollini onions, and covered in an espresso rub. Not only is the food, prepared by local chef David Bull, excellent but the atmosphere of both the restaurant and full bar is terrific for after work, meeting friends, or a romantic evening for two.

Visitors to the Four Seasons Resort and Clubs may savor the relaxed elegance of dining at the Café on the Green. Bathed in the warm and invigorating light shining in from the well-dressed windows, the dining room overlooks the resort’s villas and pool area. Classic molding and clean lines are complemented by the sophisticated color palette of rich wood tones and contrasting creams to create a refined backdrop by which to enjoy the American cuisine menu. Chef Tom Fleming honors serving only organic beef, pork, and poultry to provide the freshest rustic American regional cuisine, much to the delight of diners. His dedication also enables Central 214 to take a responsible role in what the Central 214 they call Earthcare: an environmentally friendly system that includes preparing organic foods, offering a selection of organic and biodynamic wines, and recycling everything from glass, to using recycled paper for menus, and even excess cooking oils are recycled into bio-diesel fuels.

Transplanted from the hit restaurant that opened in New York in 2002, Craft Dallas maintains owner/chef Tom Colicchio’s original vision – to prepare the best seasonal ingredients simply and with finesse. Open for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, Craft’s menus offer dishes as diverse as the Short Rib and Shishito Pepper Hash for breakfast and the roasted and braised Muscovy Duck with cranberries for dinner. Every dish is presented on a platter at the center of the table to encourage sharing, and the gesture may extend to divvying up one of the many home-made desserts and pastries.
