Steel Restaurant and Lounge
Address: 3180 Welborn St., Dallas, TX 75219 (Map)
Step below the mean streets of Dallas and enter the Asian oasis that is Steel Restaurant and Lounge. The earth-toned palette of the dining space is punctuated by bright splashes of color in the wall art that seem to mimic the finely crafted sushi rolls. Steel exhibits the best of Indochine cuisine by showcasing an impressive selection of Japanese bento boxes and sushi, traditional Vietnamese family-style soups and noodles, and Mandarin-inspired dishes. You can enjoy a cocktail or choose from the awe-inspiring selection of sake, while savoring Steel’s Signature Fried Whole Fish, or maybe the Japanese Ceviche: chopped octopus, crab, shrimp, squid and red clam.
